These Terms explain how you can use Hintflow and what you can expect from us. By creating an account or using Hintflow, you agree to these terms.
1. What Hintflow is
Hintflow is software that helps businesses manage client relationships, including projects, contracts, invoices, payments, files, and client communication.
We provide the software. We do not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, or other professional advice.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hintflow.
Please provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity that happens through your account.
Don't share your personal login with someone else. If your plan allows multiple users, each person should have their own account.
3. Your clients and your content
You own the information, files, documents, contracts, invoices, and other content you put into Hintflow.
We use that information to provide the services you've asked us to provide — such as storing your files, generating invoices, sending documents, providing your client portal, and powering features you use.
You're responsible for making sure you have permission to use and share your clients' information through Hintflow.
You also control what you share with your clients through their portal.
4. Using Hintflow
Please use Hintflow lawfully and responsibly.
You can't use Hintflow to:
- Break the law or harm other people.
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
- Access another person's account or information without permission.
- Send spam or unwanted bulk messages.
- Try to break, copy, or reverse-engineer the software.
- Use Hintflow to build a competing product.
- Resell Hintflow unless we've agreed to it.
We may suspend an account if we believe it's being used in a way that puts Hintflow, our customers, or other people at risk.
5. AI features
Some Hintflow features use AI to help create drafts, summaries, invoices, contracts, and other content.
AI-generated content can sometimes be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything generated by Hintflow before you send it, sign it, publish it, or rely on it.
We don't provide legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice through our AI features.
6. Contracts and signatures
Hintflow may let you create, send, and sign contracts electronically.
Whether an electronic signature is legally valid depends on the laws that apply to your situation and the type of document involved. You're responsible for making sure electronic signatures are appropriate for your use.
Hintflow may keep records of signing activity, but we don't guarantee that a particular contract or signature will be legally enforceable.
7. Plans and payments
Hintflow is offered through paid subscription plans. Our current pricing and what's included in each plan are shown on our pricing page.
If you start a free trial, it lasts for the period shown when you sign up.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
You can cancel at any time. Your cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current paid period. We don't refund unused time unless required by law or stated otherwise.
We may change our prices or plans from time to time. If a price change affects your next renewal, we'll let you know beforehand.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep Hintflow available and reliable, but we can't promise that it will always be available or completely error-free.
We may update, change, or remove features as Hintflow develops.
If we ever shut down Hintflow entirely, we'll make reasonable efforts to give you notice and provide a way to retrieve your data.
9. Third-party services
Hintflow may use or connect with services provided by other companies, such as payment, email, hosting, storage, or AI providers.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. If one of those services changes or becomes unavailable, some Hintflow features may also change or stop working.
10. Our intellectual property
Hintflow, including its software, design, branding, and technology, belongs to Hintflow or our licensors.
Your subscription gives you permission to use Hintflow for your business. It doesn't give you ownership of the software or our intellectual property.
Your content remains yours.
11. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information stored in Hintflow, but no online service can guarantee that information will always be completely secure.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and deciding who has access to your workspace.
12. Ending your account
You can stop using Hintflow and close your account at any time.
We may suspend or close an account if you don't pay, break these terms, use Hintflow unlawfully, or create a serious security or legal risk.
When your account ends, you should download anything you need before closing it. We may delete your account and data after termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Our responsibility
Hintflow is provided as it is. We don't promise that it will always work perfectly, that every feature will meet your particular needs, or that information generated by Hintflow will always be accurate.
To the extent allowed by law, Hintflow won't be responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.
Our total responsibility for claims related to Hintflow will generally be limited to the amount you paid us for Hintflow during the previous 12 months, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.
Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
14. Changes to these terms
As Hintflow grows, we may need to update these terms.
If we make an important change, we'll give you reasonable notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
